Team building

Team building with room for everyone.

Some colleagues want a physical challenge, others prefer solving tasks or discovering new places. A good shared programme assumes your team is not made up of identical people.

  • Active and calmer activities
  • A short block or a multi-day programme

What should it bring to your team?

Do you want people to get to know each other better, welcome new colleagues, or simply enjoy a day together after a demanding period? Your intention shapes the activities, their pace and how participants take part.

Team building creates space for cooperation and shared experience, so we design it around your specific group.

Movement, thinking and room to breathe.

You do not need to choose individual games in advance. Tell us who is coming and how much time you have, and we will suggest the rest.

Fun and relaxation

A lighter programme that leaves room for conversation and shared laughter.

Fun and relaxation

The Tatras offer more than a pretty backdrop.

We connect the programme with the place where it happens: a cycling route, a regional experience or a shared challenge outdoors.

We can equally prepare indoor activities or a programme right next to the hotel. The venue is also assessed for accessibility and what the group can manage.

Even a short programme can fit well.

Team building does not have to fill the whole stay. We can prepare a single block between meetings or a programme spanning several days. Length, number of activities and logistics follow the time you have.

Projects that show different scenarios

An active full-day programme, a change of plan in bad weather, a multi-day camp for a new team and an event for a large group.

Circle Partners: a shared programme on bikes and water

Slovak and Dutch colleagues met for a double sporting challenge. Together they covered a 40-kilometre route from the Tatras to Liptov on mountain bikes and e-bikes and continued with a whitewater experience.

TCCM: when the weather moves the programme indoors

Cold September weather changed the conditions for the planned programme. We arranged the team contests for the participants of the TCCM meeting in a gym at short notice.

KIA Junior Passion Camp 2018: a new team in the Tatras

A newly formed team of KIA employees took part in a multi-day camp in the High Tatras. Shared tasks and games gave them time to test strategies, communicate and work together.

Creative and physical tasks

Team building on a large scale: creativity and shared tasks

The shared programme took several forms: building models indoors and team tasks outdoors. The photographs capture participants getting to work with their hands as well as activities where they had to move in sync.
