Team challenges

Team challenges that bring people together.

An idea someone develops. A detail another colleague notices. Team tasks make room for different people and different ways of thinking.

Reaching agreement is part of the experience

In shared tasks the process is often more interesting than the result: how the team divides roles, who suggests the approach and when the group decides to change plan.

We do not promise that one day will change how a team works. We do create situations where people meet differently than at their desks.

Shared team tasks

Disciplines where the group has to get in sync. They work outdoors as well as in a hall or gym.

We know the intention. We choose the challenge together.

Based on group size, space and time we suggest suitable tasks and their order. The details of each task stay for the day itself, so the programme keeps an element of surprise.

If you have new colleagues or are bringing several departments together, we build the programme so that the groups mix.

Frequently asked questions

We can add logical, team-based and calmer activities. When designing the programme we go through the interests, experience and options of the group.
