Team building participants in white T-shirts in a group photo outdoors

Creative and physical tasks

Team building on a large scale: creativity and shared tasks

The shared programme took several forms: building models indoors and team tasks outdoors. The photographs capture participants getting to work with their hands as well as activities where they had to move in sync.

At the tables, hand-built vehicle models took shape. Outside came shared skis and other group tasks. The gallery shows different ways of taking part — from detailed work to the coordinated movement of a whole team.

Cooperation can look like a good idea, skilled hands or a single shared step.
