A group at a traditional highlander game

How we work

From the first idea to your event day.

You do not need a finished script at the start. What we need is a shared understanding of who the event is for and what you expect from it.

  1. 1. We clarify the brief

Who the event is for, when it should take place and what it should achieve. We go through numbers, location, timing and the budget range if you already know it.

  2. 2. We propose suitable options

We recommend a programme and the services it needs, explain why they suit your group and discuss alternatives.

  3. 3. We settle the practical details

Scope, schedule, responsibilities and logistics. For outdoor activities we also go through what happens if the weather changes.

  4. 4. We take care of delivery

On site we coordinate the agreed programme and how it connects to the rest of the event, so you can spend time with your people.

What helps at first contact

  • An approximate date or period
  • An approximate number of people
  • A location or region
  • The purpose of the event

If you do not know some of this yet, that is fine. We will go through it together.

What is worth deciding early

For a larger stay it pays to start with the venue and the date, because hotel and venue availability shapes the rest.

For a standalone activity, the place of delivery and the time available matter most.

A change of plan

TCCM: when the weather moves the programme indoors

Cold September weather changed the conditions for the planned programme. We arranged the team contests for the participants of the TCCM meeting in a gym at short notice.

Frequently asked questions

For a corporate stay it is best to start several months ahead, especially if you need accommodation. If your date is closer, get in touch anyway and we will check what is currently available.
