What data we process
From the contact form we process your name, company or organisation, email and optionally phone, approximate date, location, event type, number of participants and the text of your note.
Together with the enquiry we store the page it was sent from and a pseudonymised fingerprint of the IP address, used solely to limit repeated automated submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to process your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to a message we receive.
We do not use the data for newsletters or automated profiling and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are stored in a database operated by the hosting provider of this website and are accessible only to the people handling enquiries. We keep them for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up cooperation.
If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, write to info@proevents.sk.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Requests can be sent to info@proevents.sk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
