Tourism X Games 2018: a sports programme for tourism professionals
On 6 April 2018, tourism professionals from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Germany met at Štrbské Pleso. ProEvents organised and delivered the sports and competition part of Tourism X Games.
Thirty teams competed in downhill skiing, biathlon and entertaining disciplines. The sports programme closed with Yukigassen — a strategic game played with snowballs. The Czech-Slovak edition took place at the end of the winter season and marked the centenary of Czechoslovakia.
Shared contests can give a professional and networking meeting extra room for informal contact.
