A winter programme for a new team
A new team's shared challenge on snowshoes
A newly formed team set out on a snowshoe hike around Štrbské Pleso. The journey through the winter landscape became their shared challenge.
Snowshoes were the main part of this project. The photographs show the group during the hike and the setting in which they spent their time together. When designing a similar programme we choose the route according to the group's experience and the current conditions.
A shared programme does not have to be a contest. It can be a path a team walks together.
